Abstract
The formation of restenosis after coronary stent implantation remains a major challenge for endovascular treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerosis. In the course of the study were analyzed in a comparative perspective, the frequency and nature of developing the long-term restenosis after implantation of coronary stents in the Cypher coated with sirolimus (Cordis, Johnson & Johnson (U.S.) and eucaTAX double coated - artificial glycocalyx (artificial endothelium) and paclitaxel (eucatech AG, Germany) in patients with chronic coronary artery disease. The advantages of stent Cypher, in reducing the incidence of restenosis and repeated endovascular interventions in the late postoperative period in patients with coronary artery disease.References
