Abstract

The incidence of coronary artery aneurysms in patients with multifocal atherosclerosis is very rare. The literature describes isolated cases of correction of this pathology. The authors present a case of successful surgical treatment of a giant left anterior descending coronary artery aneurysm in a 52-year-old patient with coronary artery disease.
