Abstract
In this publication we report a case of atypical, aggressive clinical course of arachnoid cyst in 19-year old female patient, which caused raised intracranial pressure and disruption of bony structures of the middle cranial fossa and the orbit. It also describes peculiarities of operative management and results of surgical treatment of this patient.References
